Rag Wreath

So I love having a wreath on my office door.  It gives it just a little bit of fun.  I have taken so long to create a March wreath that even though it is green I may just leave it up for all of spring.  Not sure yet :)  Anyway, super easy to make.  Just take some wire hangers (you really could use one, I used three) and strips of fabric.  Then tie the fabric around the hangers and pull tight.  Easy, cute wreath.

Love Birds Double Print

So my walls are pretty bare in every room except my office/craft room.  In that room there is probably too much on the walls (another reason why the door may stay closed when I am not in there…).  Anyway, I have wanted to paint a double canvas for a little while and I am definitely not a painter but I like how it came out.  Pretty happy with myself :)

You’re My Favorite

youremyfavorite

I bought a wood board at the craft store a month or two ago and had no idea what exactly I wanted to use it for.  My walls are pretty bare so I knew I wanted it to go on a wall somewhere, but that was my only plan.  Then I kept seeing, “you’re my favorite” signs everywhere and decided that is exactly what I wanted to put on it.  It isn’t amazing painting by any means, but it is a saying I use all.the.time and it fits perfectly in my bathroom.  :)  Oh & Happy March 1st!

Instagram Coasters

I absolutely love making these coasters.  I made them for Christmas 2012 and finally got around to making some for myself.  They are so easy to make.  You can buy the tiles at Home Depot, I had left overs (yes, it really has taken me that long to make them) but I think they come 5 to a pack for under $5.  Then use some Mod Podge to attach the photo and glue over the photo.  I then add felt to the bottom so they can slide on the tables.  Since I recently moved I choose photos from my hometown.
