What I am looking forward to…

1. The new ipad today. I am in no way able to purchase one but the new one coming out meants I get my dad’s old one!! Woo Hoo! I will even offer to stand in line/pre-order it etc. for him. Basically do whatever means necessary to be able to get him the new one so I can have the old one.

2. Opry Mills opening back up March 29th! Nashville’s large, outlet rich mall closed down in May 2010 when we had our horrible flood and for a while no one knew if it was going to open back up. Thank goodness they were able to secure the funds to reopen. And with that comes, J Crew Outlet, Gap Outlet, Coach Factory Store and more!!

3. SPRING! I am ready to pull out all my sundresses, skirts and sandals. I absolutely love spring!

4. Benefits kicking in at my job. Need I say more? I am so sick of paying out of pocket for anytime I visit the doctor because my deductible is so high. Oh and having dental insurance. That one will be nice! Of course, I’ll hit my maximum (why do they make those so low?) in probably my first visit. If I ran dental insurance I wouldn’t make it such a scam.

5. Running in perfect running weather. Not too hot, not too cold. Nothing is better.

Erin Condren Planners @ Plum District

I was (and still am!) so excited when I woke up this morning and saw that today’s Plum District deal was $25 for $50 worth of product @ Erin Condren. If you have not heard of Erin Condren’s planners I do not know where you have been but I have seriously been wanting one for too long! I missed the first time it was on Plum District but made sure to grab it this time around.

My only problem now is I cannot decided which one!

Guess what came today??

Do not worry, I will not be wearing two different shoes at one time, but I absolutely love them! I have been waiting to order the pink glitter toms for ages and the houndstooth ones are new for fall. I am so excited to wear them. Now my only question is which ones I will wear tomorrow??

Loving the Summer Styles

Is it summer yet? It is starting to feel like it and thank goodness it is May 1st. In the South I think we should move our “official” summer start date to May 1st because I can already feel the humidity in the air! Anyway, if I had unlimited money to buy fun summer items here are some things I would buy (and they aren’t really that expensive as Target & Forever 21 are my favorite places to shop.

How adorable is this Target tote? I saw it today and had to restrain myself from buying it. I did buy a smaller canvas bag from Ikea when I was in Arizona with pink stripes and so basically same look. But oh so adorable! I love how the stripes are in style but I am seeing a lot of them on shirts etc. and just am not sure that is the best look

And Target really is the best place (in my opinion) to buy adorable summer shoes. They aren’t expensive and you can buy three different colors of one style for under $50 normally.

I love these braided flats. They actually went on sale to $11 a few weeks ago and I bought the white ones. They have an adorable teal color too!

Forever 21 is always very overwhelming because of how crowded it always is and I can find all these cute things online and then never find them in the store. This dress is adorable and I think I need to go find it now! I did grab some white bermuda shorts for $14.50 yesterday!
