14 years later today is still etched in the minds of many. Let us not forget all the innocent victims and the brave men and woman who lost their lives. Please say a prayer for everyone and their families today. There is no way to ever forget the fear and the terror I think we all fault when we had no idea what was going on. Those of us who were old enough can still remember where we were.. I was in my High School Chemistry Class when someone came running in and told my teacher to turn the tv on. We watched the second plane hit and the towers collapse. We went into the hall way and watched the tvs out there and stayed in our classroom for much longer than normal. No one had any idea. Some kids were picked up and those of us who stayed basically watched the tv in every single class. Except, we did have to take a quiz in history class. I do remember that. At night I pulled my Bible out and read verses before I went to babysit and I watched the Brady Bunch that night because I couldn’t watch the tv. I was scared, we were all scared. But we also saw our Nation pull together in ways they had not in a long time, if ever before. I am so thankful for all the men and women who gave their lives, who are still giving their lives for us and I don’t think that should ever be lost on any of us.
