Happy, Happy Friday!! I cannot believe that February is almost over.

1- Collecting Addresses. Thank goodness for Facebook! At first I wondered if it was rude to ask for people’s addresses via FB but then I realized it is the easiest, least intrusive way. But I have a lot of addresses to ask for, so it has been a task!

2- Calligraphy. I am wanting to learn to do the wedding invitations. Now, if I don’t manage to do it and anyone reading this receives an invitation without it- it is okay But I do think it would be pretty!

3- Alterations! My first alteration appointment is this Sunday. I am a tad bit nervous! This is by no means my dress, I just picked one off google images.

4- Wedding Shoes. These are not my shoes either, but I found some shoes on Tuesday! I was worried that I was not going to find them before my Sunday appointment, but I did! So I was pretty happy about that!

5-Invitations are being printed! Yay! I read over the proof a bunch, so hopefully nothing is wrong! But I cannot wait to get them back!

My new Toms

So I absolutely love Toms (here are mine from last year). Now, I don’t really like their price tag (yes, I do like the buy a shoe, get a shoe but I still think the prices are a little high for what you are actually getting, anyway…).

My best friend’s mom gave me a Toms give card to cheer me up when I had surgery (it was very, very sweet!) and I had been wanting gray Toms for a long time. So I finally ordered them! I also ordered the black ones. Last year I ordered pink sparkly and houndstooth and so I want a little simpler/matches with everything this year, haha. Anyway, I absolutely love them!

It took me a little while to get them though because Toms changed their sizing from last year. They now run a little smaller, so if you are going to order online I suggest ordering a 1/2 size down. If you can I also suggest going to a place like Journey’s or somewhere to try them on to make sure they fit.

Now, you may have seen the Toms Wedding collection before. I had never seen them in person, only online but I thought they would be perfect to wear for my sister’s reception at her wedding! She loved the idea and she got ivory and I got the petal pink. Now, I only wish I could wear them but I want them to be nice and clean!

Anyway, I just wanted to share my Toms. I have a little obsession with them!!
