Make your own Herb Garden

I had no idea if this was actually going to work when I started this project but I was super impressed with it actually did! I don’t have the best green thumb and didn’t have the highest expectations for myself. I purchase terracotta pots and saucers at the store. I painted them a pretty blue that I had and used chalkboard paint for the tops so I can write which herb is in them. Then I planted the seats and waited and waited. Pretty soon they were growing!

It has taken about two weeks for me to get to this much sprouting but I am pretty excited for them!

Some Handstamped Silver

I pray y’all had a wonderful and joyous Christmas and are settling down from the holiday. I love stamping silver (when I don’t mess up!) and here are some more creations.

Silver guitar picks. I am really not sure if they are actual able to be used because I know people are picky with the size of the guitar pick but I did it more for a sentimental gift over actually being used

This was a necklace someone asked me to create. It still needs one more disc at the bottom but I didn’t have the size on hand. I love how the stacking turned out.

Dog Silhouette

Doing a dog silhouette has been on my list of things to do for a long time. I haven’t done one for Pancake but I did one the other day for my best friend Brianne. She has an adorable white Coton de Tulear named Kirby. I grabbed a picture off her instagram (it would have to do as Kirby lives in Arizona with Brianne and that is a little too far to go take a picture!) and traced, cut and glued. Just a little random happy. I think next time I would probably make the dog silhouette in a solid color and the background in the busy color.

Loving Chalk Lettering? [Collection of free fonts]

So considering chalkboard printables are all over the blogs & pinterest I wanted to compile a list of the fonts I have found. Many bloggers have put together their favorites and I wanted to go ahead and put all of those in a list so I can make sure to download them all. I figured you may want to download them all too! These are the ones that are used most commonly. Please let me know if there are others I should add!
