I haven’t been able to post this until now because I had to make sure Brianne had opened the gift. For her birthday this year I sent Brianne a ton of random gifts, 30 to be exact. Some were super silly (glow bracelet), really amazing (mini pinata with candy) and then some were things like this above that I painted. I love how it turned out and I am pretty sure she thinks it is pretty awesome too! She’s used to my homemade gifts that I make her by now 
The laundry room isn’t fully done in a “there is nothing left to do” sense, but the paint is finally on every wall and there is no longer any blue painting tape. After having it “in process” for about a week and a half because I needed more paint, I am glad to be done!
I don’t know if you can tell but I painted it a nice light blue. Such a relief to have it finally finished! I have basically been living with paint cans as we have been painting the living room, kitchen and laundry room and so I finally made some touch ups to the other areas, finished the laundry room and put the paint away. Yay!!

So my walls are pretty bare in every room except my office/craft room. In that room there is probably too much on the walls (another reason why the door may stay closed when I am not in there…). Anyway, I have wanted to paint a double canvas for a little while and I am definitely not a painter but I like how it came out. Pretty happy with myself
I bought a wood board at the craft store a month or two ago and had no idea what exactly I wanted to use it for. My walls are pretty bare so I knew I wanted it to go on a wall somewhere, but that was my only plan. Then I kept seeing, “you’re my favorite” signs everywhere and decided that is exactly what I wanted to put on it. It isn’t amazing painting by any means, but it is a saying I use all.the.time and it fits perfectly in my bathroom. Oh & Happy March 1st!
