Thankful Thursdays [7.3.14]

My Thankful Thursdays for today? Pancake!! My shih tzu. I adopted Pancake on Thursday, July 3rd 2008- six years ago today! When I got her they didn’t know how old she was but she had been in a puppy mill situation. I have to admit, she can be a bit of a snob, probably because of how she has been babied since I adopted her, haha. Her favorite thing to do is sleep. Now that she is older (no idea how old though, definitely older than 10), she is definitely slowing down but she is still my Pancake. She is happiest when she is snuggling near me.

Where does your dog sleep?

This is Pancake’s spot during the day. I have no idea how one dog can sleep so much but it is pretty much all that she does. I work from home so when I wake up I go into the office. She is ready to go in there before I am and she wants her blanket in there. I realize the blanket has some leaves on it, and prickers but I have to bring it from one room to the other as it is where she prefers to sleep. She is a pretty silly puppy.
