So I have really been looking for a new follower widget since I learned that the google one was going away for blogs not hosted on blogspot (does anyone know if that is true or should I attempt to put mine back?).
I found the linky followers widget today (I am sure it has been around longer, just haven’t really paid attention 
and decided to put it up on my sidebar. It looks really lonely and it would love if you would follow it

So now that it is summer and I am done with school I am going to make a much more conscious effort to get back to blogging. I have missed it, I lost my motivation. I was so wrapped up in school that it was the first thing to get pushed to the side. Not anymore!!
Not only do I plan on refashioning the blog (new graphics? what do you think? I like the layout but I could see some new colors… yellow maybe?). Anyway, but also getting back to posting my crafts (which again totally went to the wayside), and my inspiration posts (which truth be told are probably my favorite to post!).
I know I wasn’t completely “gone” but I haven’t been completely “here” either and so it is nice to be back and I am hoping to be making a lot more blog posts and do a lot more commenting

So one of my oldest friends Courtney sent a tweet about an idea she had about synchro-blogging where we all blog about the same topic at the same time. Now technically the week is over and I will be late linking up but it has been a busy, busy week and better late than never. The idea behind the synchro-blogging is that there is a set topic and sometime during the week you write about it, just like a linky party.
