I think what stood out to me most while reading this book is that so much of life is about changing your perspective. He talks about how if you knew it was your last day on earth you would probably spend most of it trying to figure out what to do so you could make it count, and then most of it would be wasted. So everything you do should be looked at from an eternal perspective. And then how you may be mad that it is raining on your last day because you wanted sunshine but think about how amazing the rain is, how it makes things grow, the smell of rain that cannot be copied. It is all about the perspective you have as you go through each day. Count each day up, each day you are allowed to live.
I promise you that if you spend an hour reading this book that will be time well spent that you will carry what you read with you and you will want to read it over and over again.
I have been alive for 10,197 Days, what about you?
